Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory. Send your withdrawal notice to:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. For dietary supplements, if the seal has been broken, we may refuse a refund unless the product is defective.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please provide your order details and, if possible, photos of the defect.
